If you open the dialogue box for the first time without having entered any licence data, open up the licence dialogue box. This is required for the Support Department to be able to identify you as a client. So please only enter the correct data and remember that the Support Team can only get in touch with you if all the data entered is entered in full.
Description of Problem
If you have a problem with the software, you can use this function to send an automatic email to the Support Team. This email will contain all pertinent information about the software’s current status and the operations most recently carried out (log file). Apart from the machine’s parameters and the address as assigned in the licence dialogue, no personal data will be communicated in this email. The log file and the parameters help the Support Team to get to the cause of the problem.
Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. So don’t say: „the machine isn’t working“, be more descriptive:

Don’t have the internet?
Normally an email would be sent to the Support Team at this point. If the control PC does not have an internet connection, you will be informed.
In this case, you have the option of saving the information into a file and saving this file on to a USB stick and transferring it to a computer with an internet connection and sending the information to the Support Team per email. You will find the Support Team’s email address on the distributor’s website or via the Help Menu (Info….).
Check that everything has been sent
After you have successfully transferred the data or saved the data onto a data stick, you will be informed in the message window.
